· Setup of efficient physical and system based end-to-end processes for material movement tracking and reconciliation support
· Ensure overall compliance of EFS rules at every function and carryout internal audit from time to time.
· Manage the documentation and statutory requirements under the EFS operations
· Undertaking and managing necessary documentation creation either directly or supporting where required (example: Goods declarations, Weboc packages, reconciliation statements)
· Prepare documents for applying to the Collectorate and follow-up for new registration under EFS, renewal of EFS registration, addition of new products and/or quantities with the assistance of stakeholder departments.
· Submission of Reconciliation Report to the government authorities as per their requirements
· Lead physical audit by the Collectorate, if any In coordination with all functions

Education:
