• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the immunoassay segment.
• Identify and prioritize key accounts, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Provide technical support and product training to customers, distributors, and sales team members to ensure a deep understanding of our immunoassay product offerings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, R&D, and customer support to address customer needs, resolve technical issues, and drive product improvements.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to immunoassay technologies to inform strategic decision-making and product positioning.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and seminars to network with potential customers, showcase our products, and gather market intelligence.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related documentation to support decision-making and business planning.
• Act as a subject matter expert on immunoassay technologies, providing technical guidance and insights to internal and external stakeholders.

  Education BS Biomedical and BS Medical Lab technology 3-5 years of experience in Immunoassay

A leading port and shipping company is looking to hire DM controlling and Budgeting for its karachi Office. • Ensure accurate and timely completion and finalization of quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements of the company along with all workings / notes in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards and statutory requirements. • Perform monthly closing Oracle entries for accrual / expiry and maintain accrual and Prepayment templates. • Ensure that CFO Report submission is accurate and is finalized at agreed deadlines for submission. • Ensure that GM Report submission is accurate and is finalized at agreed deadline for submission to CEO. • Check that Fixed Assets Capex are included in the Budget for the year; coordinate with User and Procurement department for obtaining approval of Capex forms and ensure proper recording of Fixed Assets. • Monitor fixed assets capex utilization and maintain Capex tracking sheets for group and statutory reports. • Ensure that assets are insured as per the agreed limits and any additions / deletions are properly accounted for in insurance records. • Coordinate with respective departments for collation of Capex and Revenue Budget data for annual Budget exercise. Prepare and finalize Capex, Revenue, Balance Sheet, Cash flows budget and populate the same in Budget templates. • Maintain control over budgets including monitoring financial performance against the budget, carrying out variance analysis, investigating budget overruns and deviations and their resulting impact on business and suggesting corrective actions. • Review of Balance sheet reconciliations of allocated Balance Sheet General Ledgers on monthly basis • Review General Ledgers for correct classification of Expenses / Internal Orders and Cost Centers. • Executive Summary approvals, reports, breakups and analysis as and when required Education CA Finalist 8 years of experience
