  • Maintaining housekeeping of office
  • Assisting with on boardingnew employees, maintaining employee records, and organizing HR-related documents.
Finance Responsibility  
  • Creating customer invoice and submitting it to the client.
  • Coordinating with Client service team on the recovery of the outstanding.
  • Coordinating with clients on the recovery and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Maintaining client agreements.
  • Petty cash management.
  • Getting quotes from third party vendors and negotiations.
Education Graduate/Business Administration 6-8 years of Administration experience

A "Multinational Chemical Producer" is urgently looking for a "Manager Tax & Accounts" for its office in Karachi. The successful candidate (Female only) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and accounting operations within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and timely. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance. Coordinate with external tax advisors as needed. Oversee the preparation of financial statements. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Review financial data for accuracy and completeness. Identify opportunities to streamline tax and accounting processes. Implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Monitor compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Recommend improvements to internal control processes as necessary.

A leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturer is looking to hire Executive Asistant for their Office at Manghopir road karachi.
  • Efficiently manage the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to optimize the Chairman's time.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication directed to the Chairman, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, responding on behalf of the Chairman when appropriate.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events involving the Chairman. Prepare agendas, collate relevant materials, and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made for successful meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as requested by the Chairman. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring that all documents are organized and readily accessible.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries for the Chairman, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and visa arrangements. Provide detailed travel schedules and relevant information to the Chairman prior to departure.
  • Provide administrative support for board meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, compiling board packs, and recording minutes. Coordinate with board members and stakeholders as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Exercise good judgment in managing confidential matters and safeguarding privileged information.
  QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Females would be preferable

A leading port and shipping company is looking to hire DM controlling and Budgeting for its karachi Office. • Ensure accurate and timely completion and finalization of quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements of the company along with all workings / notes in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards and statutory requirements. • Perform monthly closing Oracle entries for accrual / expiry and maintain accrual and Prepayment templates. • Ensure that CFO Report submission is accurate and is finalized at agreed deadlines for submission. • Ensure that GM Report submission is accurate and is finalized at agreed deadline for submission to CEO. • Check that Fixed Assets Capex are included in the Budget for the year; coordinate with User and Procurement department for obtaining approval of Capex forms and ensure proper recording of Fixed Assets. • Monitor fixed assets capex utilization and maintain Capex tracking sheets for group and statutory reports. • Ensure that assets are insured as per the agreed limits and any additions / deletions are properly accounted for in insurance records. • Coordinate with respective departments for collation of Capex and Revenue Budget data for annual Budget exercise.
