A leading Advertising agency is looking to hire Assistant for admin and finance for its Lahore office.


Admin Responsibility.


  • Office maintenance and lesion with third party vendors.
  • Maintaining and monitoring office supplies.
  • Overseeing all the repair and maintenance work.
  • Ensuring attendance of the staff.
  • Ensuring the work and safety environment.
  • Maintaining housekeeping of office
  • Assisting with on boardingnew employees, maintaining employee records, and organizing HR-related documents.

Finance Responsibility


  • Creating customer invoice and submitting it to the client.
  • Coordinating with Client service team on the recovery of the outstanding.
  • Coordinating with clients on the recovery and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Maintaining client agreements.
  • Petty cash management.
  • Getting quotes from third party vendors and negotiations.


Graduate/Business Administration

6-8 years of Administration experience
