JOB DESCRIPTION

·  Manage the documentation and statutory requirements under the EFS operations
·  Undertaking necessary documentation creation (example: Goods declarations, Weboc packages, reconciliation statements)
· Prepare documents for applying to the Collectorate and follow-up for new registration under EFS, renewal of EFS registration, addition of new products and/or quantities with the assistance of stakeholder departments.
·  Submission of Reconciliation Report to the government authorities as per their requirements
· Assist in audit by the Collectorate, if any In coordination with all functions
·  Maintaining and providing timely data for various internal and external reporting needs
·  Ensure material movement tracking and provide reconciliation support
·  Lead and ensure effective coordination with various stakeholders of the EFS operations liaison with internal stakeholder departments for input and output requirements as per financial plans and selling strategy
·  Supporting Imports, warehousing, supply chain and sales with execution alignments
·   Liaison with customers for output package requirements, reconciliations and dispute resolutions with respect to EFS
·  Coordination with relevant government bodies and consultants for issue resolution and smooth functioning of EFS scheme
·  Keep abreast of government regulations and SRO’s relevant to EFS scheme. Ensure process modification accordingly and maintain effective liaison with relevant statutory authorities to ensure problem free and smooth operation of the business.
·    Coordinate with IT for any modification required in the system

Qualification
Graduate Degree
0-1 Years of Direct Experience Of Handling DTRE/EOU/EFS Or Other Similar Operations
Conversant With Import/Export Procedures And Laws Of Pakistan And International Trade Especially With Regards To Efs Or Other Similar Schemes
