A leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturer is looking to hire Executive Asistant for their Office at Manghopir road karachi.

  • Efficiently manage the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to optimize the Chairman’s time.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication directed to the Chairman, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, responding on behalf of the Chairman when appropriate.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events involving the Chairman. Prepare agendas, collate relevant materials, and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made for successful meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as requested by the Chairman. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring that all documents are organized and readily accessible.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries for the Chairman, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and visa arrangements. Provide detailed travel schedules and relevant information to the Chairman prior to departure.
  • Provide administrative support for board meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, compiling board packs, and recording minutes. Coordinate with board members and stakeholders as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Exercise good judgment in managing confidential matters and safeguarding privileged information.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Females would be preferable
