JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide strong leadership to the Digital & Inclusive Insurance team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
• Set clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for team members to drive alignment with business goals.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members in their professional growth, encouraging continuous development and success.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team and with key stakeholders to maintain alignment and smooth operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners, ensuring regular engagement through daily interactions and monthly business reviews.
• Respond promptly to partner requests, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a central liaison between internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth process flows.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders involved in various projects to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
• Drive premium growth (topline) & contribute positively to the bottom line by implementing targeted strategies for digital and inclusive insurance products, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall financial objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, optimizing sales channels to increase volumes and productivity, ultimately contributing to both topline and bottomline growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital initiatives and inclusive insurance strategies contribute meaningfully to the company’s financial targets, both in terms of revenue generation and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for insurance products, aligning with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and digital solutions to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and accessibility.
• Lead the launch of company digital distribution platform, ensuring it is customer-centric, scalable, and in line with market demands.
• Develop and implement strategies to significantly increase EFU Life’s retail health business, targeting growth in health insurance offerings.

REQUIREMENTS

DIGITAL PLATFORMS AND TRANSFORMATION, WITH EXPERIENCE IN LAUNCHING, SCALING, AND MANAGING DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS, USING TECHNOLOGY TO ENHANCE EFFICIENCY AND CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT.

HEALTH INSURANCE, INCLUDING DEVELOPING RETAIL HEALTH PRODUCTS, IDENTIFYING GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES, AND DRIVING EXPANSION IN HEALTH BUSINESS LINES.
