JOB DESCIRPTION

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the immunoassay segment.
• Identify and prioritize key accounts, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Provide technical support and product training to customers, distributors, and sales team members to ensure a deep understanding of our immunoassay product offerings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, R&D, and customer support to address customer needs, resolve technical issues, and drive product improvements.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to immunoassay technologies to inform strategic decision-making and product positioning.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and seminars to network with potential customers, showcase our products, and gather market intelligence.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related documentation to support decision-making and business planning.
• Act as a subject matter expert on immunoassay technologies, providing technical guidance and insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Education

BS Biomedical and BS Medical Lab technology

3-5 years of experience in Immunoassay
