Mehek Nadeem
Mehek Nadeem serves as Founder at NOW HR with 16 + years of experience bringing strong Human Capital consultancy background in Executive search and Talent Consulting. She has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients across all industries in Pakistan and Internationally. She has conducted numerous Senior Executive search assignments at the regional and global level and works closely with companies to build and develop diverse and high performing leadership teams.
Her focus throughout her career has remained with numerous C-level/SVP, VP and Director-level placements across the board. Mehek advises leading organizations build diverse and inclusive leaders and support underrepresented talent with differentiated and effective developmental programs.
Earlier in her career, Mehek was associated with HRSG as Lead Consultant while heading the firm’s Executive search and Talent function from 2010 until 2020. Mehek received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. She is a Certified Assessor from the Thriving Index.
