As one of the CO-Founders to NOW HR which was launched in 2020 as the peak of covid hit the world hard. Mehek has placed some prominent leadership roles, adding to her client portfolio companies such as Shell, Engro, Daraz, National Foods, Pakistan Cables, IIL, Food Panda, Kaizan Paints, Dawood Hercules Group, Maersk Lines, Total Parco, PARCO, General Tyre, KIA Motor, Pakistan Stock Exchange and the likes. Mehek’s forte remains to focus on placing the right candidate the right job with her extensive experience with her prior experience with HRSG of 10 years.

Mehek has graduated from The University of Waterloo, Canada in 2010 with a degree in Bachelor of Arts. She is also a Certified Assessor for Leadership Assessments from the Talent Enterprise, Dubai.
